RITES Assistant Manager Eligibility and Age Limit
The examination authority has issued the qualifying criteria and age limit. Candidates can obtain further information from the official notification.
Educational Requirements: The candidate must be a chartered accountant or cost accountant from a recognized institute with two years of experience.
Age Limit: The candidate’s maximum age as of the closing date of the online application is 32 years. However, reserved category candidates would be offered an age relaxation.
RITES Assistant Manager Selection Procedure
The candidate will be selected solely on the basis of their performance in a written examination and interview. The weightage of the written exam and interview will be as follows
- Written Test – 60%
- Interview – 40% (Technical and Professional proficiency – 30%; Personality Communication and Competency – 10%)
In a written exam, there will be 125 objective type questions, each carrying one mark, for a duration of 2.5 hours. There will be no negative marking system applicable and therefore, no marks will be deducted in case of an incorrect answer
RITES Assistant Manager Salary
The shortlisted candidates would be put in the pay scale of Rs 40000-1,40000, with a basic wage of Rs 40,000. In addition to basic pay, candidates will receive DA, fixed or variable allowances as applicable to the scale, performance-related Related Pay, medical facilities, HRA/Lease accommodation, an attractive superannuation package that includes PF contributions, gratuity as per the Gratuity Act, and a post-retirement Medical Scheme.
